If cancelled before dispatch, refunds take 3-5 business days. If dispatched, please return the unopened package. For damaged items, an unboxing video is strictly mandatory. Once verified and received in original condition, your refund will be processed (applicable delivery charges will be deducted).
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, and net banking securely through our payment gateway. (Note: COD is temporarily unavailable).
Keep it away from direct sunlight and moisture, condition it every few months, and store it with a soft cloth cover when not in use.
